hopefully your dealer is right/correct with this info.

Lookin to the US your oberservation of colour and delivery seems correct.
When i placed my order in last December i took the colour that was in my dealers forecast (silver). Otherwise (salsa red was my first choice) i would have had to wait much longer because there was no red in sight.
