Ich fahre ein Touran 1.6 FSI und ich wohne in Niederlande.
English: a month ago after I had closed the right back door this door also closed automatically after 5 seconds without using the remote control. Lucky me, I had the keys in my hand and none of my 3 children were in the car. This action of the comfort control wasn't right because the doors only go automatically locked if I (and you) had not yet open one door. But in mine an your case there was already one door being opened before and the door systemcontrol had to recognise that.
The only thing in my car was that the micro chip of the left back door was replaced a few time later because the instep door light was not working. But, if that was the cause the whole system was not working well, I do not know.

Perhaps it's for you easier to let VW Deutschland be aware of this problem so they can do investigation for it!
