Hi Peter !
What is "noise" ? 75 dBA ? I think it's a very subjective feeling and it's a other thing to take a measurement with a standardized noise measurement system.
The 4x4 is perhaps noisier than the usual Panda, I don't know, perhaps it's the fault of the higher chassis and the straight shock absorbers...
My opinion is that it depends on what you'll demand of your car.
For myself I bought a unique small car with brilliant characteristics
on snow and muddy terrain when I drive through the woods etc. It also is fine to drive in the city and you'll never get problems by getting a parking place.
If the car is too loud at (for example) 100 kms/h, then i'll drive a bit faster or slower. It does' t matter for me.
Greetings from snowy Austria.
